Bookings 
Unpaid bookings will automatically be released if not paid, but you will remain liable for payment. Immediate payment is required for bookings after 31 August.

Cancellations and replacements
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur the following penalties:

• 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
• 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
